Access your account by entering either, not both:

• The house number and the street name.

  Do not enter the street type (Rd, St, Ln, etc.).

OR

• The parcel ID of the property. This is the account number that is listed on your bill.

  Omit the dashes. The system does not recognize special characters.

  For example, if the account number on your bill is 1234-5678-9012, enter: "123456789012".

Please do not stop the search until it has finished.
