Non-refundable Convenience Fees apply to this site:

Credit Cards and Debit Cards, and Digital Wallets (PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Amazon Pay)

Utility Bills - $3.25 per transaction

Real Estate Tax, Personal Property Tax, and General Billing – 2.39% of transaction total

$0.50 per transaction

*Max amount per transaction is $100,000

Bill Payments Assistance and other related resources: If you are having trouble paying your property taxes or utility bills, we encourage you to look at a list of available resources on our Frequently Asked Questions and Resources documents found under “Resources" in the upper right-hand corner of this page.

PAYMENT VIA CITIZEN SELF-SERVICE: If the bank/financial instituation cannot process the payment, Anne Arundel County will assess you a returned check fee of $25.00. Payments are not processed immediately, and may require several business days to settle through the bank/financial institution.

Customers submitting DEEDS with associated Allocation Accounts MUST drop these deed(s) off for processing. We will contact you when they are either stamped or rejected. Please allow 5 (five) business days for processing.

NOTE: Citizen Self-Service is unavailable nightly from 12:45 AM until 2:00 AM for system maintenance.
